Sunshine, lollipops and... is a place to be inspired, encouraged, and maybe learn something new! I am constantly working on projects or trying new things and want to share them with you!

This blog is a way for me to have a creative outlet for writing, photography, cooking and sharing about my family. Since closing my photography business last year, I have more time to do these things and it is so.much.fun!

I have been married to the love of my life, Drew, for a little over 10 years. He owns his own painting business and is an amazing photographer! We have three beautiful boys, and they are full of energy, creativity and fun! 

Ethan, 9, is an amazing soccer player and his dedication is inspiring. Michael, 6, is an awesome soccer player as well, but tends to lean in the more artistic realm. He is a self-taught drummer and loves to dance... he's got swagger (and has since he started walking)! And then there's Reid, 4, the lover of the bunch. He wants to do what ever his brother's do and can keep up like no other! He learned to ride his 2-wheel bike at 3! He loves Star Wars and his mom. I homeschool these precious ones and love to share great organizing tips, curriculum I love and other tidbits from this adventure!

So why sunshine, lollipops and...? It was inspired by my middle son who sings that song in one of his funny little voices (inspired by the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs). It is a great description of what goes on around here!

And lastly but totally my favorite, this is a place to encourage you. I love to talk about Jesus. He is the maker of all things good and lovely. He is the only way to make it through this life, and I honestly have no idea how people do it without Him. He is not just a way of life for me, He is Life. I hope when you read these pages, that you find Him in every bit. He is in everything I do, whether I say it or not, if you get Life from it, that's why.
